En 2007, Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, supposément un artiste, a pris un chien abandonné dans la rue,
l’attacha avec une très courte corde au mur d’une galerie d’art et l’a laissé mourir lentement
de faim et de soif.
Pendant plusieurs jours, autant l’auteur de cette cruauté tout comme les visiteurs de la galerie d’art
ont observé impassibles l’agonie du pauvre animal jusqu’à sa mort d’inanition après avoir passé
par un calvaire douloureux, absurde et incompréhensible.
Ce n’est pas tout : la prestigieuse Biennal Centroaméricaine d’Art a décidé, de façon incompréhensible,
que la sauvagerie que venait de commettre cet individu était de l’art et en conséquence,
Guillermo Vargas Habacuc a été invité a répéter sa cruauté dans la version 2008 de l’événement.
